Well, I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s a scam, but having bought it and read through it, I’d say there is a lot of information missing from it.

In it’s favor, Fat Loss 4 Idiots probably offers the simplest diet plan available out there. It tells you to go through an 11-day meal plan. After you go through the 11-day meal plan, you are given a ‘concession’ period of three days when you are able to eat whatever you like.

What they left out are basic some tips on how to get even more benefit from the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. If you’re going to follow the plan, then:

    1. Don’t skip a single meal

    Fat Loss 4 Idiots asks you to eat four healthy meals every day. You should eat all the meals and never try to skip a single one.

    A lot of thought has gone into the writing of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet program, so don’t try to act smart by skipping your meals and thinking that you will lose weight in this way. Far from losing weight, if you skip meals, your metabolism will automatically slow down and you will not be able to burn fat.

    2. Don’t forget to exercise

    Even though there is no clear recommendation about exercise in the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program, don’t think that it is not needed.

    You can follow the Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan and still lose weight without exercises, but it will take a longer time for you to notice results.
